Hojicha means "grilled tea". The tea leaves are roasted over high heat, which gives them a particularly pleasant toasty taste.

Preparation:
- pour one full teaspoon per 20 cl cup
- pour the boiling water (95 ° C) on the tea leaves
- let infuse a minute while the leaves rehydrate
The same tea can be used a second time.
Suggestion: add a piece of fresh ginger to the filter of the teapot. It will give it a tonic note and refreshing.
